Custom Spectra/Case (Anvil Style) Cases

Spectra/Case is the original ATA specification case. Developed in the early 1960’s, this style case was needed to protect sensitive components for the growing airline industry. The extra radio or gyroscope that an aircraft carried for emergencies was useless if it did not function. The Federal Government, Airlines, and case industry partnered to develop a case that could handle up to 100 trips. The outcome was ATA Spec 300. These cases are often referred to as ATA Cases, Road Cases, or Flight Cases. They can be fabricated in quantities as low as one piece in almost any size and in a variety of colors. Features include recessed latches, recessed handles, casters, fold down ramps, rack mount rails, foam lined or die cut interiors. Custom Spectra cases can meet any need with no tooling cost, in any quantity.
